OBJECTIVES:
• Adopt global and integrated behaviors of personal effectiveness (independence) and interpersonal effectiveness (interdependence).
• Integrate the foundations of personal and interpersonal leadership.
• Acquire a new way ofthinking and working with people.
• Gain effectiveness and performance to consistently achieve personal and professional goals.

• Provide the tools that manage to transfer to personal and teaching life the skills necessary to achieve effective relationships in the 21st century.

CONTENT:

FOUNDATIONS: Paradigms and Principles of Effectiveness
Evaluate paradigms and align with principles of effectiveness.
- Experience that a highly effective life is centered on principles.
- Integrate personal development as a continuum, from effectiveness to greatness.

HABIT 1: Be Proactive®. The habit of personal responsibility.
Achieve extraordinary results by systematically using your ingenuity and initiative to break through barriers.
- Understand the power behind the choices we make every day in our lives.
- Discover how to overcome lack of motivation and reluctance to take initiative.
- How to achieve our goals, even when the professional or personal environment seems like an impediment.
- Manage change.
- Keep commitments and take responsibility.

HABIT 2: Begin With the End in Mind®. The habit of vision.
Develop a results-oriented mindset in every activity you do projects, meetings, presentations, contributions, etc.
- Create a personal vision and goal statement as a frame of reference when clarifying values and setting goals for our lives.
- Determine how to help the team define its vision, create unity, and prevent negativity.
- Discover how to create a focused orientation within the work group.
- Focus on desired results.

HABIT 3: Put First Things First®. The habit of personal management.
Eliminate time-wasting tendencies by focusing and executing on the critically important goals with a weekly planning cadence.
- Understand how to live life deliberately by using time in such a way that the most important things take precedence over the urgent.
- Discover how to minimize having to work in crisis mode.
- Be aware of how to achieve a healthy balance between work and family life.
- Gain tools for goal setting and self-discipline.

TRAINER: Lara Darwish
Lara holds a PhD in Education and is a certified Business Coach, with experience in leadership development and organizational transformation. She currently serves as a Consultant, Facilitator, and Implementation Strategist at Greatness Center/FranklinCovey. In this role, she leads the design and execution of customized learning and development solutions, drawing from the organization’s global content portfolio. Her focus is on aligning strategy, leadership behaviors, and execution practices to each client’s unique context, ensuring measurable outcomes and sustainable, long-term impact across teams and organizations.
